Products & item types
One item wizard covers all product types. Fields appear based on what verticals your branches use.
Common types

| Restaurant item | Prepared dishes (when retail or restaurant exists on a branch) |
| Cocktail | Sale + buying price only — no recipe ingredient depletion |
| Drug | Pharmacy-oriented fields when pharmacy is enabled |
Category on create may be optional/hidden depending on your build. Used items are archived on delete instead of hard-removed when they have history; unused items can be deleted.
Variants
Section titled “Variants”Product variants / attributes are available only when your platform admin enables catalog variants for the tenant (off by default).
Bulk import
Section titled “Bulk import”Catalog import templates (CSV/Excel) include dropdowns fed from your tenant bootstrap data (units, taxes, etc.).
